Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
At FlexThrive, most returns are processed as store credit, which can be used online or in-store.
To start a return, contact us at flexthrive25@gmail.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address (Wellington, FL).
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• with no stains or damage
• with tags attached
Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds (Only for defective or incorrect items)
Refunds to the original payment method are only available if:
• the item arrived damaged,
• the item was incorrect,
• or the order was defective.
In all other cases, returns are processed as store credit.
Where are returns sent?
All returns are shipped to our return address in Wellington, Florida
(the full address will be provided after your request is approved).
This ensures safe processing and faster resolution.

Processing time
Once we receive the item, store credit or refund (when applicable) is issued within 3–5 business days.
